Western Region Junior Training Regatta - Jan 28-29, 2017

SYC has just finished its Western Region Junior Training Regatta at Lake Fyans. Although numbers were a little lower than anticipated, the weather was perfect for the young sailors. Practice day on the Saturday and 2 friendly races on the Sunday. Well done Johno Knight as the SYC coordinator for running such a relaxed weekend and to the many helpers who assisted. A special thank you to Lou Hollis and Mick Wright who kindly drove from Koroit to assist and Luke Donavan and family who came up especially to tow the Portland rescue boat to Lake Fyans.
