Catering
There will be catering during the day for both Breakfast and lunch.
Saturday nights meal will be put on by SYC and will cost $20 for Adults and $12 for a Child size meal. Sweets included in cost of meal. At this stage we are looking at a meat dish with self serve salads for the main and fruit salad for 2nd course.
Pizza or BBQ and AGM Sunday evening.
Note: The club does not have an alcohol license so BYO.
Off Site Accommodation
Lake Fyans Caravan Park, Book early, min 3 nights, (03) 5356 6230 The Camp managers Janine and Darrin are offering participants of the event a 10% discount as long as they pre book over the phone.
Comfort Inn Goldfield is a good clean motel with excellent restaurant and located in Stawell. They are offering corporate rates to attendees of the State Titles as long as they mention at time of booking

Things for the family to do
Lake Fyans sits on the edge of the Grampians National Park. There is a great selection of walks and tourist attraction in close proximity. The club has managed to secure some discount packages to some of the best tourist attraction. A 10% discount can be claimed at the Halls Gap Zoo, Grampians Adventure Golf and for pre booked climbing and abseiling packages from the Grampians Mountain Adventure Company. There are also several wineries in a 20km radius.
